“Captain America 2” May Begin Production THIS YEAR?! Holy Crap, Marvel!
Neal McDonough, the actor who played Dum Dum Dugan in “Captain America: The First Avenger”, recently was sat down and asked about the planned sequel, and he said:
“They’re planning [to go into production] for the end of this year, because Marvel does one film at a time. So they’re going to do Thor 2 and as soon as that has wrapped, they’ll do Cap 2. Hopefully right after that, we’ll jump into Nick Fury because that’s the one I’m looking forward to more than anything.”
Ok, so let me get this straight: First, “Iron Man 3” and “Thor 2”, than “Captain America 2” and “S.H.I.E.L.D.”? Jesus, Marvel. This is definitely going to become the longest running comic book film franchise of all-time.
