Mary Elizabeth Winstead to join “The Darkness”.
No, this is not an adaptation of the video game. Mary Elizabeth Winstead, my favorite scream queen, has just signed on to star in “The Darkness”, a thriller film directed by Daniel Stamm (The Last Exorcism). The film follows “a young American student working for a charismatic tutor in an English manor house who becomes convinced that she and the children she is warding are being haunted.”
For me, Ms. Winstead always equals $12 well spent. So, ya, I’ll go see this.
