Earlier this week, Paramount Studios confirmed that “Transformers 4” would be made and that it would be released on June 29th, 2014. While I personally think ‘Dark of the Moon’ was a fitting conclusion to the series and it couldn’t go on after that, I knew in my heart it wouldn’t simply stop there. And I was right. Michael Bay confirmed he will return to direct the film, but that NONE of the human cast would return to the series. It was also reported that it will be a reboot of the series, in the way that “TRON: Legacy” was a reboot, in that it DOES follow up on the previous film, but introduces a new cast and take on the series. And according to Badass Digest, the film will be told through the Autobot’s perspective, and less of the humans’. While I’m not THAT excited to see this, I’m always up for more fighting robots.
